The first very first trailer for Disney/Pixar‘s newest animated film, Coco, is here, and it is gorgeous. Director Lee Ulrich, who directed the hit films Up and Toy Story 3, describes the movie as “a love-letter to Mexico,” and so far we agree!

The story is about a young boy named Miguel (Anthony Gonzalez), who is mesmerized by the music of the late Ernesto de la Cruz (Benjamin Bratt). When Miguel breaks into his hero’s tomb to check out his guitar, he is somehow transported to the spiritual realm of the Land of the Dead, where he learns about his family’s history. Check it out!
