Everyone’s been on edge for the return of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. The family has gone through major turbulence over the last year, and many of their fans are eager to see how they handled it all while filming the epic reality show.

But according to the new trailer, the Kardashian are touching on a pretty serious topic: sex addiction.

We see the sisters confront Kourtney’s ex Scott Disick about bringing a women with him on their family trip, which also included Kourtney. “You’re just like a f–king whore,” Kim said in the clip, which then cuts to Disick claiming, “I’m a sex addict.”

Earlier this year, Scott apparently threw a crazy party at the Sundance Film Festival, and sources said there were lots of girls with him in the hot tub. He was also spotted in Miami with multiple models a few weeks ago.
