Debbie Reynolds‘ cause of death has just been confirmed.

The Hollywood icon and mother of Carrie Fisher passed away from an intracerebral hemorrhage, which falls under the description of a stroke.

A blood vessel ruptured causing bleeding in her brain. The death certificate also lists hypertension as a reason for the stroke, according to TMZ.

Debbie died one day after her daughter Carrie Fisher, who’s official cause of death has still not been confirmed.
